Holly is the Director of People and Culture at Voices Together. Holly joined Voices Together in January 2024 to support our biggest asset, our team. She brings 10+ years of progressive Human Resources and Recruitment experience to her role. Prior to joining Voices Together, Holly worked as the Human Resources Manager at Brady Services in Greensboro, NC.

As a Human Resources professional, Holly has dedicated experience in benefits administration, performance management, policy and procedures, hiring and onboarding, and employee relations. She promotes a positive culture with involvement in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) and employee engagement efforts. Further, Holly is skilled in managing employees across all levels of the organization and building and maintaining effective relationships.

Holly attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies with a minor in Social and Economic Justice. Holly holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the Human Resources Certification Institution (HRCI) as well as her Society of Human Resources Management - Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Holly is the proud mother of 3-year-old boy/girl twins, Davis and Mary Brooks. She enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, traveling, and cheering for the Tar Heels!

As the granddaughter of Marie Smith, who founded GHA Autism Supports in Albemarle, NC, Holly has a passion for serving individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and those who are neurodivergent.
