Our aim as an organization is to embody the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. To achieve this, we commit to understanding, establishing, and fostering a culture of safe sharing, intentional listening, life-long learning, and gradual growth.  

Since our founding, our mission and vision have been based on inclusion for all individuals who are neurodivergent. This has been the driving force of our program, philosophy, and our organization as a whole. It has been the reason we exist. 

Given this good foundational beginning, there are broader and deeper places to grow, learn and evolve; not only in this area of diversity but in all areas of DEI.
