Voices Together

Riley is a board certified music therapist who believes it is her purpose to help others using music. She is excited to utilize the VOICSS® model to support individuals developing communication and social emotional learning while empowering them to achieve their goals. She is passionate about providing opportunities for autonomy and allowing for all voices to be heard.

Riley attended college in her hometown of Chattanooga, Tennessee at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Here, she completed her bachelor’s in Music Therapy with a minor in psychology. During her schooling, she completed her internship at Prisma Health Baptist Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. Here, she primarily led music therapy sessions with teens and adults navigating different thought and mood disorders. After moving from South Carolina to North Carolina, Riley has felt very supported by Voices Together. She looks forward to continuing to learn and grow in the field, drawing on inspiration from both her colleagues and her clients.

Fun fact:

Riley has a 5 year old cat named Willow, who has her own theme song!
