Srikanth joined Voices Together in 2025 as a Business & Data Analyst. In this role, he transforms complex data into meaningful insights that inform strategic planning, enhance program effectiveness and drive measurable impact. His work directly supports the organization’s mission to empower neurodiverse individuals through inclusive, music-centered therapy and connection.

Srikanth holds a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University. Driven by curiosity and a relentless urge to uncover what lies beyond the obvious, he approaches data with a mindset rooted in exploration and innovation. Over the past five years, he has worked in data and analytics roles across Fortune 500 companies, where he led initiatives to streamline operations, optimize performance and uncover growth opportunities. His expertise spans business analytics, data visualization and machine learning paired with a deep ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
