MoreAlexander joined Voices Together as a Music Therapy Intern. In this role, he is building upon his clinical
experience while providing unique cultural perspectives and humanistic qualities to both his clinical and
personal work.
Before joining Voices Together, Alexander worked as a Night Assistant at QuikTrip,
where he was also part of the Night Assistant Resource Group. In this role, he developed strong work
ethics, leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Alexander graduated from Queens University of Charlotte in May 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in
Music Therapy and double minors in psychology and Spanish. His clinical experiences range from
working with children of different ages with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), to providing support in
geriatric care, in hospital settings and for clients with varying levels of intellectual and developmental
disabilities (IDD). These experiences allow him to bring adaptability, communication skills and cultural
awareness to his work at Voices Together.
FUN FACT:
Outside of his clinical work, Alexander enjoys professional music-making as a hobby. He is self-taught in production,
mixing and mastering, and releases music under the name Leon Lugór on all platforms.
