Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Annabel attended Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio, where she earned her degree in Music Therapy. She later moved to Mooresville, North Carolina, to complete her music therapy internship with Rejoice Music Therapy.

During her music therapy internship, Annabel had the opportunity to work primarily with older adults in nursing facilities, supporting social, spiritual, cognitive, and emotional goals. Her work focused on promoting connection, self-expression, engagement, and overall quality of life.

Annabel takes a client-centered and humanistic approach to music therapy and incorporates integral thinking into her work with clients. She values seeing each individual as a whole person, recognizing the many interconnected aspects of their lives, experiences, strengths, and needs. Through music therapy, Annabel strives to create meaningful opportunities for connection, expression, growth, and improved quality of life.
