Allison joined Voices Together in May 2024 as Director of Finance.  In this role, she serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO to steer company finances, ensuring budget and performance optimization align with the organization’s growth objectives.  She conducts financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities to provide insight to senior leadership to inform decision making.

Allison is an accounting professional with over 20 years of experience leading financial and accounting functions in the real estate, not for profit, and senior care industries.  She also worked as a senior auditor with Grant Thornton.  Her years as Controller for Corporate Chaplains of America garnered her valuable experience in not for profit management.  While there, she managed finance, accounting, human resources, technology and banking and auditor relations.

Allison is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a licensed Realtor in North Carolina.  She earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University.

Allison is a native North Carolinian. She is the proud mother of son, Easton and two step daughters, Reagan and Lucy.  She enjoys walking, baking, lounging on the beach and spending lots of time with her family.

Allison has a love for all things trivia.  She can often be heard saying, “fun fact!” It has been suggested that she try out for Jeopardy.  Allison’s desire for knowledge started at a young age when her mother’s response to any question was, “look it up”.
