Ashley Keith serves as the Development Manager for Voices Together, where she oversees individual, foundation, and corporate development initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships, Ashley plays a key role in cultivating and soliciting new and renewed support, as well as strategizing and implementing efforts to expand programming access for children, teens, and adults who can benefit from Voices Music Therapy (VMT).

A native of North Carolina, Ashley joined Voices Together in 2021. She brings a strong background in nonprofit management and development, previously serving as the Operations Manager for the Sandhills/Moore Coalition for Human Care, a nonprofit emergency assistance agency in Southern Pines, NC. Her work there also gave her valuable experience coordinating with a large and dedicated volunteer network.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Queens College, where she studied Music Therapy. Her journey has come full circle—returning to her roots in music therapy in a role that aligns deeply with her passion for meaningful, impact-driven work.

Fun fact

Before transitioning into the nonprofit sector, Ashley worked as a birth doula and childbirth educator, attending over 50 births across North Carolina. This unique background underscores her lifelong commitment to care, empowerment, and community well-being.
