Ashton joined Voices Together in March 2024 as a Training Coordinator. In this role, Ashton supports the team by providing professional development opportunities, developing curriculum and implementing new training programs.

Ashton is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Management from Bowling Green State University. She most recently worked as a Learning Specialist at Brookfield Properties Multifamily and loved being able to combine technology with human interaction to impact the various stages of training in the workplace. After returning to Bowling Green she earned her Masters of Education in Instructional Design & Technology. Post-graduation, she knew that she wanted to focus on providing learning and development opportunities in the nonprofit space.

Outside of work, Ashton can usually be found crocheting, exploring hiking trails, or sampling new coffee shops with her husband and dog, Phoebe.

Ashton loves trying new board games with her husband and is currently learning to speak Spanish.
