Clayton Dorn began working with UPS as a driver in 1987. Approximately a year and a half later, he became an On-Car Supervisor. Following a brief assignment as District Evaluator, in November of 1990, he was promoted to Business Manager. During his eight-year tenure as a Business Manager, he worked in five different centers. Clayton spent a year on special assignment to corporate, and served briefly as Labor Relations Manager and Air Hub Day Sort Manager.

In October 1998, Clayton began working as Twilight Hub Manager. He then progressed to be the manager of both the Twilight and Midnight Hub operations. In May of 2000, he was promoted to Division Manager of the West Package Division, North Florida District in which he served for seven months before moving to be the Twilight and Midnight Hub Division Manager. In July of 2001, he returned to work with the West Package Division.

In January of 2002, Clayton went on special assignment as Instructor for Corporate Schools. Following this assignment, he returned to the North Florida District as the Central Division Manager. Clayton was a division manager in several areas until August of 2005 when he was transferred to the West Carolina District. This began his assignment of University Division Manager where he remained until January of 2011.Clayton is now the Training and Development Manager for the North Carolina and South Carolina Hubs.
