MoreGrace joined Voices Together as a board-certified music therapist in November of 2024 and is excited to use her background and training in behavioral approaches while focusing on person-centered therapy to help each client reach their goals. Grace is originally from southwest Iowa. She received her bachelor’s in music education from University of Northern Colorado before returning to Iowa to earn her master’s equivalency degree in music therapy from the University of Iowa where she completed her capstone research surrounding the topic of music therapy for improving speech in children with Apraxia.
Grace completed her internship at Children’s Wisconsin in Milwaukee where she supported children birth-young adults on various units including the cardiac ICU, neonatal ICU, oncology/hematology and mental behavioral health, helping them cope through music while in the hospital.
Grace was a 2-time state golf medalist in high school.
