Voices Together

Joseph Harper is the Director of Operations for Voices Together. He joined Voices together in May of 2025.

Joe has been working in the human services field since the age of 16. He has held a few different roles across his career but transitioned into the leadership world in order to continue to have the biggest impact possible for those he serves. Joe’s role at Voices Together sees him overseeing the day-to-day operations of Voices Together, overseeing VT's contracts and ensuring Voices Together remains a well-oiled machine!

Joe started his journey in England and has transitioned his work across multiple states on the east coast. He is a devoted father of one and spends his days supporting his daughter on her journey! He is always look for opportunities to endlessly brag about how wonder his daughter is and welcomes the opportunity to show off the millions of pictures he has of her son his phone.

Joe, an English native, moved to the United States of America in 2017. He graduated from Northumbria University with a First-Class Honors Degree in Sports Coaching (BSc). Joe majored in coaching sports to people with disabilities and welcomes any opportunity in enabling inclusivity through sport. He is an active part of the disc-golf community and often runs events that focus on growing the sport and making sport fun, as opposed to competition-focused. Joe has an open invitation to anyone who would love to learn more about disc-golf or who just wants to go and throw some discs! Though he is not equipped for the Carolina sun, he enjoys nothing more than being in nature and seeing the world through his own eyes.

Fun Fact:

Joseph is an avid Disc Golfer player and is very involved in the disc golfing community. He has organized several events and tournaments, with the proceeds often going towards charities for people with disabilities. He competed in the 2023 Amateur World Championships in Illinois and did not come last! Joseph has an open invite for anyone who wants to play or learn the sport.
