When it comes to diversity and inclusion, Kamella Emmanuel goes all in with a passion and zeal that is enviable.

After more than two decades working in public administration – domestically and internationally – Kamella knew firsthand how traditional workplace culture failed to include important identities and perspectives. A coach, trainer and avid traveler, Kamella founded Keep Evolving Consulting to challenge the status quo and shift how organizations build, engage, and retain diverse teams.

Kamella has become a powerful voice in the media and has contributed thoughtful opinion pieces and expert commentary on implicit bias and inclusion in the workplace. She has been featured on Fox 46, WURD Radio, and Collective Conversations.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Kamella spent more than 15 years working in leadership development for the British Embassy in various locations including Jamaica, Nigeria, Indonesia, and Thailand. For Kamella, diversity and inclusion isn’t about race, finger pointing, or hiring unqualified people; it’s about connections, courageous conversations, self reflection, and being an up-stander versus a bystander.
