Exciting news! We are now statewide, serving children, teens, and adults across the state of North Carolina.
MoreSarah Augustine joined Voices Together in July of 2024 as a music therapist. In this role, she provides music therapy to a variety of clients which includes treatment planning, interacting with interdisciplinary teams, and engaging in music therapy sessions. Sarah has worked with a variety of populations in many different areas of the country prior to joining the Voices Together team.
Sarah is originally from Ohio but is moving to Greensboro from Washington State. She just completed her Masters in Teaching from Seattle Pacific University and has been working as a general elementary music teacher in Yelm School District. This has allowed her to have a deeper understanding of the role the education system plays for our clients.
Sarah graduated from the College of Wooster with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy. She is also a licensed teacher through her Masters Degree as mentioned above. She enjoys that each of these degrees allow her to work hands on with clients or students where she can make a positive impact through music.
Last summer Sarah backpacked through Europe and visited 9 countries over a 7 week period.
