Family and friends of Brenna Marie Currie established a Voices Together fund in her name. It provides scholarships for students who need our services but cannot afford to participate in school programs or individual therapy sessions.
The Brenna Currie Scholarship Fund has helped hundreds of children, teens and adults who would not have been able to participate in this program.
Brenna, a native of Jamestown, N.C. with extraordinary spirit and beautiful heart, passed away unexpectedly in March of 2013 at the age of 22.
Brenna attended Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C., where her deep belief in the healing power of music and her passion for helping people discover how music could enrich their lives led her to pursue a music therapy degree.
